I'm excited to announce that live classes will be returning in 2021.
Below is a description of the classes I'm offering and what to expect from each one.

Starting next Tuesday 6th January, each class will last an hour.
The style of yoga is hatha, meaning we will gently move between poses remain in each pose for 5-10 breaths.
Often classes will include a meditation, pranayama (breathing exercise), yin poses (holding a pose for 1-3 minutes) and mobility work.
Complete beginners are welcome and this class is beneficial to all levels. Book here.
Starting next Saturday 9th January, each class will last an hour.
This style of yoga is power vinyasa, meaning we will synchronise one breath with one movement, therefore this is a quicker style of yoga. Working on building strength and flexibility.
Often classes will include a meditation, pranayama (breathing exercise), yin poses (holding a pose for 1-3 minutes) and mobility work.
This class is designed for beginner to intermediate level students or those with some experience in dance or gymnastics. Book here.
Booking a Class
Classes will be conducted via the Zoom conferencing platform and these details will be emailed to you just before each class.
Please book through this website. Key workers receive 50% off all classes so please get in contact is you are a key worker.
Class Preparation
In preparation for each class, set out a space where you will not be disturbed for an hour.
Roll out your mat and make your space feel cosy and comfortable.
Place any props you have (pillows, strap, bolsters, blocks, blankets) close by to you can use them at anytime to modify a pose or keep warm in savasana/meditation.
After Each Class
Classes will be recorded and available online so you can repeat and practice each class as many times as you like. These recordings will be available under the monthly membership at a cost of £9.99 per month, which you can trial one week for free.
